Mixed Bag: Stylish Rooms, So-So Breakfast" Our recent stay at Gran hotel Pucon was a mixed experience. The hotel has clearly undergone a significant renovation, and the rooms are now absolutely stunning. "Modern decor, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms.. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the overall ambiance.

The whole hotel was well maintain and keep sufficient warm in the whole hotel when it was cold and rainy during our stay. The restaurant menu price was reasonable. The breakfast was really good with wide variety of choice.

Remodeled hotel, good facilities, clean, good size rooms, friendly staff, extraordinary location. It has a nursery for children, which is a very good idea to complement a family stay. The breakfast buffet was the best, very wide variety and quality.

Amazing place, very caring staff. Once again only one person spoke English, which seems like a huge missed opportunity. It wasn't spotless, but clean enough to not care, room was nice, food was ok. Didn't use the gym/spa/pools.
